I was a little disappointed that my vehicle was not washed, as I was told when I purchased it that it would be washed after every service.
John has always done a great job getting us checked in, he keeps us updated to the work progress and explained why extra work was needed. The mechanic working on our car treated our car like it was his own which we appreciate.
I had to sit an wait over 3 hr.just to find out what was wrong an now I have to bring it back again to get it fixed. The guy at the counter was very nice though

Thought a car wash was part of the service. Wrong mileage on the window sticker other than that it was a great experience. Service manager was very helpful and friendly I really liked him.

Once again Darlings’ has come through on the service of my 2017 Hyundai Tucson Night. Had my front breaks replaced and my rotors were machined. Work was done in a timely manner. I was even offered a loaner while I waited for my car.

Have no right to touch a person camera or any equipment that's in a person car or truck. You mush have something to hide? If cameras are not allowed post it so it is seen for customers to see upon arrival. Don't touch unless you ask the customer first. Unless you are hiding or doing improper stuff on a vehicle.
