The car that I bought off darlings was supposed to be fixed and it’s still not fixed. We have had the car in there and still not fixed
Service was running behind and I was there a long time but John managed my expectations and kept me updated the whole time.

I was in Darling’s on November 9 for my check up and they forgot to notice that my car needed to be inspected. So I came back on Saturday the 28th and they found a nail in one of my tires and also could not inspect my car because it had the Maine commemorative license plate on the front. That license plate which is sanctioned by the state, allowed to be on the car legally, until December 31 at midnight and I don’t know the whole reason ...Evan showed me the fine print... but my husband was able to have his car inspected at another dealership in Augusta in August. I don’t know why the huge problem but I am a very angry consumer and don’t intend to be visiting anytime soon because now I’m going to have to have my car inspected and pay for it locally. Also I told Evan not to send me a survey because I would not be happy in my response.

This was my 2nd time in for service of my Ford F-150. Oil change and tire rotation, I have taken my trucks to a lot of dealers and have waited for the service to be done. This trip I waited 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep at the counter apologized and took $20 off of my bill. This is appreciated! I sat in the waiting room and 2 other customers that came in after me for service were in and out before I was. Thank you for allowing me to vent as I was very disappointed today. Not in the service but how long that it took.
