I am seldom disappointed in the service I receive at Darling’s in Augusta, ME!
Devon is always helpful, respectful and never treats me like he can’t be bothered to answer my questions or take care of issues that come up.
Whoever is doing the hiring, training and supervising of the staff does a tremendous job.
Just so you know, I always encourage people to shop at Darling’s because of the excellent service I receive!!

I'm happy with the service I've received each time at Darlings Augusta. What bothered me is the poor quality/cheap tires that were on my vehicle when I bought it in October 2019 at Darlings in Bangor. That in less than 15 months and only 19750 miles, of not exceptional driving, they need to be replaced. This is not acceptable for the money I spent for a new vehicle.

My car needed an engine replaced, not a small repair, and it was completed incredibly quickly. All costs were covered under a recall by Hyundai, and the dealership service department completed all work necessary to make this happen for us.

I'm could not be more satisfied with the service I received.
Everything and everyone was great, but in the past they always washed my vehicle when it was serviced. Evidently this is no longer a courtesy to loyal customers. Sometimes these little perks are the things that keep customers coming back.
Waited longer than usual- they didn’t know I was there to pick up my vehicle.
As always service was taken care of quickly when they knew I was there.
