Great customer service. Got me in and out fast and was able to get a courtesy ride to eat while waiting.
I appreciated that this employee did not pressure me and go on and on about the survey, but rather just mentioned it. He also appeared to be complying with the mask guidelines whereas previous visits other staff have not been.
I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, service, communication, courtesy, and everything else provided by Devon. I will look to Darling’s in the future for my vehicle needs because of him.

don't know why they couldn't find what the temp gauge was doing with the heater on high. stopped at Wal-Mart in Waterville after my appointment. sat in the parking lot for about 5 minutes with the heater on high and watched the temp gauge fall below the quarter mark on the temp gauge.
Service was great, anything in question that needed to be done was explained and work was completed in the estimated time. Very comfortable wait in the customer waiting area, with everyone wearing masks and sitting socially distanced. Always happy with the service provided!
