Evan and the mechanic that worked on truck did an excellent job very happy with work done truck drives really nice for a 2005 after there work will continue doing business and speak highly of job done ! Totally done with with mask mandate as I have rosacea and skin cancer on my face and would like to see big businesses step up and say enough !!! Thank you

The only thing we didn’t like was the rental car we received while our keep was being serviced the van made a lot of noise and the breaks were going bad! Very happy with my keep service though the seats look amazing and the underneath looks great too! Thank you ??

Devin as always was awesome, but what was disturbing is I saw many other employees and/or customers not wearing their masks correctly, which honestly I feel is a slap in the face being a healthcare worker who works on the Frontline

I appreciate that the ball joint got replaced. I would have liked it better if they had the part in stock when I first went to the dealership, but I believe it to be a Hyundai issue and not a Darlings issue. Having to make two 50 mile round trips to fix the problem is not fun. I will let Hyundai know my feelings, but again, Darlings was great and did everything they could.

I scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires replaced and to have "Any routine service needed done". I wasn't able to go, so my wife brought the car in. She was told that the car was scheduled for, among other things, a Brake Fluid Flush, Brake Service (including removing and lubricating calipers), and Fuel injection service. NONE of these things are listed in my owners manual for my vehicle at 42,000 miles. In fact, I don't see them listed in the manual at all. Unable to contact me, she signed off for $1,000 and 3 hours (which turned into 5 hours), in a Covid waiting room with nothing to drink or do. She returned home with a migraine. Needless to say I'm not thrilled. I gave identical instructions to Wiscasset Ford for a very similar vehicle earlier in the week and received my routine service quickly without extra items. I bear the ultimate responsibility since I was not more specific. However, I am highly displeased that it was represented to my wife that I had specified those items. The whole experience was highly unpleasant. Part of the reason to go to a dealer instead of a basic mechanic is to be able to trust the judgement and integrity of the company you are working with. Since it appears I cannot do that, I see no reason to seek you out for any service I can get elsewhere. I have also purchased two vehicles from you, and am unlikely to do that again. Again, the fault is ultimately mine, but many other shops I've worked with would have shown better judgement and helped me avoid this situation. I expect the service in question was well done and beneficial to the vehicle, but it was not service I have every had done on any vehicle as far as I can remember or listed in my manual for routine service in section 7-7. I have no particular problem with replacing worn out tires (although that comes down trust), but I take issue with the Injection, Brake, caliper service. Since that gets done when you replace your brake pads anyway, it seems particularly unnecessary. You are well within your rights to point out that we signed for the items in question, fair enough. If you want to credit the cost of the three maintenance items not listed in the manual towards future repairs/service, I would consider that more than generous and sing your praises on social media. You are certainly under no requirement to do so however. Thanks!

Kelly from Collison coordinated my car's needs undercoating to auto repair. My car was clean and everything done ahead of schedule. Kelly was fundamental in this happening. She should get a raise and don't ever let her leave.
