The service experience was not the best. Our brand new vehicle was dropped off for 4 things to be completed and was told 2 days for repairs. 4 days later we picked up vehicle with scratches on it, 1 of the repairs not complete and quick frankly the work for plow installation appeared to be rushed and sloppy. Our paperwork could not be found when we picked up vehicle and the loaner was dirty with the previous persons covid test results in the visor. Thankfully our salesman Don stepped in and saved the entire experience.

Samantha was great. Very professional and welcoming. Made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns. When I was done she helped me locate my car and made sure I was all set. Great experience overall.

Can you please set up an outdoor seating/waiting area? Would appreciate a quiet place to sit away from the lobby, TV noise, and other customers while waiting for vehicle service. Thanks!

I had asked about air and cabin filters when I dropped the car off then again when Sam called me. Nothing was said to me about them needing to be done. I had asked because it was mentioned at my last oil change. I show up to pick up my car because I was told it was ready. I asked again about the filters and it was listed as a recommendation. They told me it would be about 15 minutes to have them done so I said I would wait. About 20 minutes later Sam comes over to tell me that it had to be delivered and would be about 20 minutes before it would be there and she asked me if I wanted to wait. I was already waiting so I said that was fine. My issue is why ask if I wanted it done if they did not have them in stock. They did the estimate before I said I would wait so I thought they would have everything. If I would have been informed when she called to tell me it was ready I would not have left work early to go pick it up I could have waited until it was completely done.

$20 for plate lights is a bit much! And also we were told 9:45 and didn't get our vehicle back for another hour after that!
