Brandy was amazing to deal with, she got my car right in and out quick!
Brandy was great - very friendly and helpful. But I looked back at my records and was charged about $12 for the passenger front headlight bulb replacement 6 or so months ago but was charged $37 and change to have the driver side bulb replaced today - and that with a healthcare worker discount. I just want to know why the difference in price. Thank you.
Only complaint is that it is hard to get an appointment for service
Brandy was awesome. She was so helpful in a stressful time when the engine went in our vehicle. Brandy went above and beyond helping us through the process with Hyundai to get the engine rebuilt due to the engine problems they have been having. She is a star and deserve to be appreciated for her skills in putting this customer as ease. When it’s time for me to purchase a new vehicle your place will be my first stop. This Hyundai is driven by my daughter but I am hopeful to replace the car I am driving next year. If you employee such great service people I am sure your sales team is top notch as well
I only trust Darling’s to work on my vehicle. After my vehicle was in an accident, I know that Darling’s will fix it as good as new.

It would be nice if the rental were at least discounted when the car owner had to rent because of a closure of the service department on the originally scheduled date. Had we been able to keep our planned appointment a rental would not have been necessary.
I didn’t have any dealings with a Brandy Phillips, but the young men who service me were over and above in their politeness, friendliness, thoroughness, and professionalism.
