Approximately 45 minutes into the hour I was informed by the collision department that the vehicle was transferred to their delay and the series’s just beginning. I did not receive any communications from the service department
On the other side the collision department and in particular Stacy turner performed outstandingly in expediting the service and keeping me informed
Brandy went through all observations and findings in detail. Offered options for me to consider and was very helpful.
Very polite and professional. Explained everything to me and was prompt with returning my calls and making sure I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend Darling’s to others.

Took 2 hours longer then expected. The old man in the service center who puts the seat covers and steering wheel condoms was a dickhead.
I drove over 100 miles one-way, specifically for a recall which should have happened last fall. I got a call (while I waited) asking permission to do the HVAC, but nobody mentioned the recall couldn't be done because of a computer problem (!?). I will have to come back (another 200 mi round trip). I want a coupon worth $117 (58.5 cents a mile X 200) not expiring til 2023 for my inconvenience + Hyundai's screwup. Thank you.
Please no contact. Just use my comments to help make someone else's experience better. There wasn't much communication to us about the service. They had the car for a week for a new tire, but I was the one reaching out every few days to find out if it was ready. We were told they would check to see if a loaner was available and never heard back. We loved buying the car there, but there seems to be a disconnect between the level of attention in sales and the service department. We have a Hyundai dealer the next town over and this make it hard to want to drive 45 minutes to bring it there should we need service.
