I brought my own motor oil and filter to my appointment and told Brandi I wanted to use it and that it was in my back seat. She said she would let the mechanic know. The oil I filter I brought was, however, not used. Very disappointing!

Had differentials serviced and NOW they are noisey when cornering. What happened. Wrong fluid? No additive added to the fluid replacement?
