My teenage daughter dropped off her vehicle for a simple service and was told that there were som extensive repairs needed. Brandy went truly above and beyond by making my daughter feel less stressed when explaining the issues. She was very kind and turned what could have been an emotional/panic situation from my daughter into a calm encounter. I do not feel that this would have happened with most of the service technicians. She was very thorough in her explanation of the issues and explained what needed to be done.

I always use synthetic oil in my car and they put regular oil in instead. They told me it was not in my file that I use that kind of oil. I beg to differ it is in my file or records. I always have my services done there ever since I bought the car. Not real happy about this. Better get it right next time or I'll go elsewhere.
