Brandy was super nice and let.me know exactly how long I should expect the service to last. It was an unscheduled appointment after a roadside check engine code. Techs notes were detailed and very helpful. Oil topped up and Greeted and had my fluids checked as I pulled in. Very appreciative of the service experience and grateful I could be worked into the schedule
Brandy and her team were terrific.. with the help of getting four new tires and issues I had with my rear window… I couldn’t ask for better service!!! After moving back to Maine from Louisiana last year, it was nice to find a dealership to be there when I have car issues .. and Brandy has been very helpful… Thank you to everyone!!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection. Shortly after I dropped it off I got a call that it was all set and ready to pick up. When I went to retrieve my car I was very surprised to see that it failed inspection. I’m not upset it failed but I was a bit annoyed that it was not mentioned when I got the call to get my car. “All set” implied that everyone was ok with the car.
Aaron was courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate of the cost and the time it would take. He was spot on on both counts!
