Hi. I purchased a vehicle on August 10th and had some concern with brakes squeaking and I hear water swishing around after I leave the car wash. I mentioned that and was told to bring the car in to be serviced. Under the impression that it was going to be checked out and not knowing I'd be charged for it. So I got to the appointment and was informed I'd be charged $150 for the diagnosis. Id like a refund for the money I paid please. I haven't had the car for even 90 days yet. I don't believe that I should've been charged to get the car checked out because I just purchased it. The brakes do make a loud noise still. Nothing was repaired or replaced on the vehicle and after calling to ask for a refund I got hung up on. I'm still not sure why I was going up on after the person told me he would ask about a refund. I haven't gotten a call back either.

No one called mea about the delay in repairing my vehicle was. The Collision Center assumed that the Progressive representative would call me. That didn't happen.

I had a 1230 appt. to have winter tires put on. I was there until 305. That's more than 25 minutes per tire (taking off 4 tires and putting on 4 tires). Even though she discounted me $20, that's totally unacceptable. My time was worth more than that. Why bother making appts. I will not be back. Foshays will have my business from here on out.

When making the appointment I was quoted a price for tire rotation. I also mentioned that I had AAA and would like the 10% off discount. I picked up my RAM thinking the bill was correct until verifying it at home. I was charged more for the tire rotation and didn't receive the 10% discount. I had to drive back to Augusta from W. **** the following day to get a refund on both.

My vehicle was not washed. Darlings has allwayes washed my vehicles before I am very disapointed.
