Arrived at 9:58 for 10:00 appt. Not checked in (too busy) until 10:20. Was told it would be 1 hour. Was nearly 2 hours. Unexpected charges after initial quote, including $10 battery that didn't fix the problem and needed to insist it get back off the bill. I'm not mad. I do think too many appointments scheduled vs. availability of service staff and technicians.

The only thing I did NOT like was the extremely strong fragrance that is still in my car. I am very allergic to so many things that I often will not wear perfume myself, or go places where I can't leave due to strong perfumes. I am having a hard time trying to understand why that was put in my car! Please find better alternatives!!!

Parked out in rain I had to go get my car instead of them bringing into garage and parked it a foot from another car I could hardly get in no sticker in window for milage or next oil change and 5 miles away 2 lights came on that they never un activated from oil change and tire rotation!

I want all your service team specially Joe Valente to be trained on how to file a claim for an extended warranty service before telling any customer that they have to pay because it’s not covered without even trying to file a claim with the warranty is not the first time this happened and he thinks that because I am Latina and a woman I can be fooled. I will file a complaint against him and the supervisor because I never get a call back from anyone when I have requested. This is the worst customer service ever I have another Honda with Gurnee and never have I experienced this problem with them. I will not recommend you or any of your service.
