I originally called for B1 code and was told come in for oil change/tire rotation, when I heard him say something about me needing a 30000 mile maintenance I asked the price, over $800. I admit I was taken a back a little, my gosh that is quite a bit of money (at least to me) not so much to my service guy. The joke teller and not a judge of how a customer might be feeling at the moment, said I also needed 2 compartment filters which he said are only50$ just to make me feel even worse. Anyway that’s all I had to say, a little personal empathy from big shot would of gone a long way, thanks
