It was awesome experience dealing with Samuel. He has been kind, supportive and transparent in terms of answering my questions. I was impressed by his nice and proactive gesture starting from handing over my car keys to get handed over the keys. God bless him.

Sam Waddell was great! My only complaint is that when getting back into my vehicle after the service was complete I noticed my car was not washed. I used to get lifetime car washes here on other vehicles and have always had the car washed after any service. Not this time. That's my one gripe. I had even held of on a carwash because I figured it get washed after my service. And the first thing I did on the way home was stop off at kwik trip and get one. Not the biggest deal but It was something I was expecting and was let down. Everything else was great, mind you.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. After leaving, I used my windshield wipers, which worked once, and then ran out of fluid. Guess this isn’t part of oil changes anymore? Service member at the desk checking me in and everything was great though so there’s that.
