Disappointed that the 3% credit card surcharge is not clearly explained in advance. Would expect at minimum a small sign on each service writers desk. Especially disappointing when most bills cost hundreds. I believe there should be a law that surcharges like yours should be announced up front.

Joe was awesome. It was the tire tech that had me wondering wtf! He put a bolt in place of the nail he pulled out initially vs a plug & let me leave like this without telling me. I immediately heard an odd noise, pulled over & saw this bolt in my rear driver side tire! I called Honda, returned & ended up getting new tires all around. That wasn't appropriate on his part but my dilemma is now solved. This could be a lesson learned moment to him that maybe he should've got another opinion on proper repairs vs what he did. My mere suggestion...I'm not mad. It was all an unexpected occurrence as I just popped in for an alert code. God bless

Extremely disappointed to learn of your addition of a service charge for credit cards. At this point, I will be looking for somewhere else to obtain service for my vehicle
