After the car came in .. but I had to have it towed in after just having it towed to Firestone. I only have liability. I knew it was from Recall. I told them that I just received new keys a couple months prior because my key broke. So I also had it towed in then. As cost an arm and a leg , to not fix the recall but he told me about it and said it was ok. Even handed me the keys I paid for to drive off and alone and almost lose and arm and leg for myself and others. I literally was driving at times 70 mph to Lake Geneva. That was in the McHenry Honda. I tried to explain. So it’s been a nightmare. He was extremely wonderful after I got car in. But I’m still waiting to hear from Honda today Tuesday April 15th. Susan M

Joe was great -I expected the job to take 4hrs but it was done in less time about 2 hrs or so. Thanks to all the techs that did such a good job and quickly too.

I bought my 2022 Honda Pilot brand new from Zeigler Honda in the Racine county area, what a big mistake. Biggest bunch of crooks in the business. I tell everyone to avoid them at all cost and I will never do business there again. Racine Honda is very close to my house, within a few miles. I wish I would’ve read all the bad reviews first before buying from them and bought from Kenosha. They got me! Even with me living a couple miles from their Racine location, I still choose to drive 30 minutes to Honda of Kenosha where Rodney and I crossed paths for service on my car. Rodney is great and informative. He lets me know what services I need coming up and how much that will cost. I do not know him personally or have ever seen him outside of the dealership. The customer area is very nice with free coffee and water. I always wait there while my car is being serviced. We recently picked up a 2015 Mazda CX-5 for my upcoming new driver that we will also bring to your business for service. I appreciate the team there.

Rodney made the warranty work appointment go as smooth as possible. You guys said it might be 4 hours for the recalls but had me out of there in about 2 hours. I’ll definitely be calling and requesting Rodney for my next appointment

I had a scheduled oil change, which required me to leave work early to attend. I checked in and then waited. There was a mix up between the techs and my car was not taken when it should have been. I ended up sitting there for almost two hours.
