I paid my hard earned money to get my car fixed just for it not to be fixed I’m not understanding how the 1st time it got diagnosed it was supposedly due to it misfiring due to after market parts getting put on so they exchanged them out for the actual Honda parts they charged me $500 to do that 2 hours after I received the car the van started shaking again and the same exact dash lights had came back on when I brought it back they re-diagnosed it and told me a totally different diagnostic but what I’m not understanding is how they didn’t observe the problem the the second diagnostic had gave the 1st time how did the mechanics not see the oil inside the spark plugs compartment before they put the new ones in I really feel that my money was just taken from me and no one at that Honda dealership cares

I'm very disappointed from sale to service. I don't appreciate being told a warranty was mandatory to purchase the car. Then taking 3 months to try to get the car serviced, because we noticed something was wrong right after purchasing car. Then to be told repeatedly nothing was wrong. 4 appointments later found out there was an oil leak, new oil cooler needed and new gaskets needed, and of course they weren't covered. After the service man looked at my Daughter and said there's nothing wrong and the smell and noise is normal. He also told my daughter he wouldn't change the oil because it was not time. She went somewhere else and got her oil changed and they said there was definitely a leak. This all should of been handled the 1st time the car was brought in, when it took 3 weeks to get the appointment. After several disregarded phone calls, visits, she brought the car in AGAIN, and they said you need to bring it to a chevy dealer. This almost $4,000 warranty which we were told was mandatory to purchase the car, doesn't cover the damage, which is why we didn't want the warranty, in the first place, because it never conviently does.

Mr. Waddell helped me understand service I needed for the Honda I purchased this winter from Kenosha Honda. He was very professional and answered all my questions, also honestly explaining the current service requirements as well as future, such as brakes and battery. Definitely will trust returning to Honda of Kenosha.
