When I booked my appt. and described the services I wanted done the female service rider gave me no direction of things I needed to bring with me. Thank God Joe Valente was able to make it happen despite not having proper verification. My one hour commute was not wasted in vain. He will now be my go to person for future visits as he is knowledgeable of the workings of your facility. Robt. Mile

Joe Valente was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and kind. I came in for a service appointment, and I told him that I was having a problem with the hydraulic rear door. He fixed that right away! Joe was up front with the cost and very accurate in the time it would take to service my Honda CRV. I was very pleased!
