Joe let me know exactly what was going to happen and when. He got a loaner vehicle for me when my car needed to stay overnight. He kept me apprised of anticipated costs. After the service, my car is running very well. I'll be back in a month with my other car for service...I'm a repeat customer.

Joe Valente is an outstanding asset to Honda of Kenosha. He is on top of everything and one step ahead. I have other choices for the service of my car but I continue to travel 26 miles to Honda of Kenosha because of the care provided by Joe Valente.

I'm never coming there for service again. They replaced the wrong part then all that was offered was the cost of labor of the correct part. I'm still confused on how a plastic part cost more than metal. I even gave Joe the chance to tell me that it was charged wrong as well. Just taking off the price of labor is crap after the car was there all day and I was told that I had to wait for a call to come pick it up because they want to make sure everything is good. The heat sheild plate I paid for was never put on. They replaced a engine cover. Making it right is more than labor at this point.
