Had tire pressure issues and asked them to address it. They must have just put more air into the tires because a week later my tire pressure light is on again.

Mr. Waddell did well. He was professional and answered all my questions. He knew how long it would take for everything to get done and was kind. The cashier (I can’t recall her name) was very kind and even helped me out with something for my children while we waited. She also helped my one child with something. I appreciated that she went above what was expected and her kindness to us.

Great job done!! He was very informative in researching my vehicle’s vin number to research the vehicle Vin number to what has been serviced with this fairly new vehicle. Thank you for hiring great helpful workers. The only thing that I can “complain “ about is your “ fancy Starbucks “ coffee machine was not working at all????

I just had my car service on Tuesday drove back home and Wednesday morning my car the battery charging light came on as well as the vtm-4 came on as well if they they inspection on the vehicle the right way this wouldn’t had happen and I was late to work

There was some miscommunication when we dropped the car off. We had called and made the appointment and asked about getting the carpets cleaned and they told us it would be $20 extra, so high we agreed was totally fine. When we dropped off the car we had asked about the carpets and they told us that they don’t clean the carpets, only vacuum them. We had to call after we got home and talk to the manager to get it straightened out. We had also asked about getting a certain area scrubbed when we made the appointment and they said they’d notate it. We were called and told the car was ready and when we had asked if the area had been scrubbed they had no idea what we were talking about. The lady who answered the phone was awesome as she literally ran back and forth trying to resolve my concern. I was told that they knew nothing about it and that they never get the info from the people who make the appointments and that we would’ve had to tell them when we dropped the car off. Very frustrating as we were told that it would be notated in the system. Terrible lack of communication between the vendor and your service department. This caused several unnecessary phone calls back and forth and frustration. We also had a note in the system that we prefer not to work with Joe as we have had some issues with his attitude and level of customer service in the past, but still end up with him as our service advisor. Again, very frustrating.

We are always very, very happy with Joe Valiente. He always explains everything that is going to be done to our vehicles. If something else comes up with the vehicle, he always calls and makes sure that we want the work done. We only go to Joe. He is a definite asset to your dealership.
