Joe Valente is an excellent service advisor. He always explains what work will be done as well as how long it should take. The time estimates are spot on. He is very knowledgeable and polite. I truly enjoy working with him

Car was bring in for alternator replacement, was replaced and no issues. At the same time was communicated that was found small leak coming from the oil pump, I said will be fix next time. And just park on my garage was clean never a drop, and now I have oil on the floor. Just after the service now I leak oil. I check the oil level just to verify that is on level, my surprise is lower than the minimum, I will expect that if you detect oil leak , minimum check level oil and add if need it. This is my second bad experience, last time oil change was performed, drive for 3 miles and lower level oil light turn on, sorry the tech make a mistake with the amount of oil recommended, ok the person that signed after the tech as review that the job is good, what check? Two days later engine light turn on…. Oil pump issues…. Pump should be replace…. Add the right amount of oil , reset the engine light , done! So, very poor service. Sorry. Expect more of official service.

I appreciate the car wash. I was dropped on by a flock of ducks. I wish they could have at least got all the drippings off. Service was great very professional I am a 43 year former employee of Honda dealership
