An over all pleasant experience. I appreciated the alternatives discussed prior to any work being performed. There were some unexpected repairs that needed to be addressed but I was not pressured to make a commitment on the spot.

I was checked in by Joe, and checked out by Rodney, even though Joe was there and not with another customer. I don’t understand why that would happen. Not a big deal, but consistency is a better customer experience.

Courteous and thorough. Only comment is there was some residual grease remaining on the inside of the passenger side window. luckily another associate was able to get if off before i left dealership.
