There was a brief moment when it appeared that not all issues were fixed. The service writer dropped what he was doing. Took a look at it, and we were able to figure out the issue quickly. It seemed to be an annomoly involving the other key.

Very pleasant and also very helpful. He also took care of me for the recall on my car. Your service department is the best people I have ever had to deal with. Been to other service department and they don’t even come close to what they do for us the customers. You got me for life as long as the whole facility Sales, Finance and Service stay as good as they are to me.

Great service today, I visited with three of the service team. Rodney did my check-in, Joe asked me how I was doing and Sam took care of finishing my check-in and kept me posted on the progress of my work being done on my car.

The cost of repair seemed to change between initial ok for work and at work completion. The bill is very clear, and the all-in price should be provided without prompting. This is the first time I've experienced this.
