Our service advisor Rodney went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and communicated very well with us and kept Amber and myself informed of the safety recall with our Honda Odyssey. Keep Rodney FOREVER. I’ve never in my 20+ years of driving had a service person as timely or communicative! His service was stellar and he did everything he could to help me without judgement or dismissal. I don’t want to take my car to anyone else and now I’m going to purchase another Honda from your dealership for my son that gets his license this spring. I’m over the moon that Honda did the right and best thing for me because Rodney was there to assist. I told the lady at Enterprise that drives a CR-V to see Rodney at the Kenosha Honda! Keep up the great work Rodney, I appreciate you!

The only thing I found odd was when I asked them to check rear differential I was told that there is only a drain plug and would have to change out the fluid? If I am correct, on a 2007 Honda CRV there is a drain and a fill plug. Other than that service was good.
