I brought my original Ridgeline grill in to be installed replacing an accessory HPD grill I had installed at the time of purchase. I was disappointed that Honda didn't realize I didn't have all the parts for the install up front and was charged ~ $250 for labor performed.

I was schedule to come back for new tires but somehow they marked up the repair by adding on upper ball joints. Went to a different place and they did not mention any ball joints issue. They replaced the tires, did alignment and even took off the 2% surcharge that you pay when you use a credit card. Even got better tires than they wanted to give me for less price.

Joe was great, but whoever I spoke to when I called to schedule said there was an autobutler appointment available when there wasn't actually. So maybe customer service/receptionist needs to send those calls directly to the service department.

Rodney was great. Called me to tell me what was wrong w/my vehicle & gave me an estimate to fix over the phone. Also had the starter “button” replaced. The price was very reasonable for a dealer as I was in a pinch bc I was traveling through Kenosha. I had to catch a flight and they kept my car for an extra week for me to pick it up. Because of the Christmas holiday approaching, I wasn’t sure they would get it done by the time I returned a week later. Pleasantly surprised that it was done within a few days. I drove back to Chicago with no issues this evening. Would definitely come back for scheduled service. Far better communication and didn’t feel like I was being oversold on non important issues. 5-star Review*****!
