Since the car was below 60,000 and serviced only by Honda dealership, I would have appreciated if Honda would have considered paying at least the part value of the repair.

Joe should ask clients up front, how they would like to pay for their service, not make assumptions. When he says he will talk to the service manager about the problem, he should follow through. Not lie or **** about it. He does not want to involve his supervisor, wonder why.

Sam Waddell is just good at what he does. You’re lucky to have someone that passionate about his career. Admittedly I don’t spend a lot of time at the dealership, but every time I have been there Sam is exactly the same - he makes me feel like I’m the only one there; explains everything so (even) I can understand; and answers all of my questions. You can tell that Kevin is his understudy. Sam is passing on his knowledge and experience(s) and it’s great to see!
