While I do appreciate Michael taking care of the issue I originally brought it for on the 20th i did not like waiting for 2 hours for a oil change I requested on the 24th. Should have been done before I got there in the 27th

I thought there was supposed to be a comprehensive inspection. All my tires had low pressure. One of them was at 28 PSI. That's not right. After spending $333.13, I'd think my tires would have been checked.

I have an issue with the multi point inspection that was performed. My air filters were removed for an inspection (that is part of the service) and I was informed that they needed to be replaced. I was told by my service writer the cost of the filters and I agreed for them to be replaced. Then when I seen the invoice it showed I paid approximately $30.00 each per filter for the service technician to put an air filter back that had already previously been removed as a part of the vehicle inspection. I can’t understand why I was not informed of the labor cost involved in replacing my air filters that were removed as your multi point inspection.
I am a loyal customer to Chevrolet and I just feel like I have been taken advantage of and there should be no charge to put an air filter back in just because I bought a new one. Why would you charge your customers to reinstall a filter that was removed as a courtesy?
