Michael was phenomenal in being and patient and kind to me during the process. I appreciate him understanding how frustrated I am, but I think it is absolutely disgusting that they are making me wait until they figure out what is wrong with my car and I can't get through to GM customer service. I bought a brand new car with features that don't work and am absolutely livid with having a car that doesn't work!!! I pay monthly for features that glitch out constantly since I bought the car! Unbelievable
