Michael and Dean are great team members very honest and trustworthy. I can’t say that about the dealership or Erick the service manager I have never dealt an manager or Israel that treats customers the way they do. If it was not for dean and Michael being there for us this service of this dealership would be in shambles.

We consistently use Gosch Chevrolet service for both of our vehicles. The service technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our 2011 Cruze and 2014 Silverado continue to perform well and I attribute that to the services provided by Gosch technicians.

I took my for oil change and next day I noticed it was leaking oil. Last week since 8/31/21 until 9/7/21 I took my car so you guys can fix it. And Shouldn’t not taking it until you guys had fix it completely because now the engine light check is on. Now I have to take back again. This is the only car I have I work Monday through Friday and I have to take the kids to school. Why I was told my car was already fix when it wasn’t. I so disappointed with Chevy’s service dept.
