Mike was actual the reason why I brought my car to your dealership. I called Diamond I Banning and than Gosch to ask a question and Mike returned my call in a short time. I never got a phone call back from Diamond and I called them twice. Mike was excellent and very helpful.

It was my 1st time going getting my car serviced at the Chevy Dealer in Hemet, always went to the one in MoVal. But now I wish that I had switched sooner. Michael was very professional and even helped to ensure I wasn’t left without a vehicle for the 2 weeks it was being serviced. He immediately took it upon himself to contacted Enterprise Car Rental and reserved a loaner car the moment that I expressed my concerns of traveling to Corona for work daily. He also kept me informed with the issues that were found and steps being taken to resolve it. Highly recommend giving this man some kind of bonus! Thanks again Michael, appreciate you.
Although I didn't have an appointment, Dean was able to service my vehicle(replace a tire). As a fleet vehicle, he remained patient as he attempted to get authorization for the work. His persistence ensured I was able to safely make my 200 mile commute safely. His efforts were greatly appreciated.

Gosch never let's me down
Rojelio and service team took care the oil leak my truck had. He kept me Inform through the process. I have Chevrolet dealers closer to my house but make the commute to service both my vehicles at Gosch!!!
