Took my car in for recall radio worked perfectly fine had recall done on it took it back cuz radio no longer works at all and was I told I gotta pay for a new radio out of my pocket 1000.0 bucks

Vehicle was clean and waxed when I dropped it off. It came back water spotted and with a dirty exterior. The ignition is misfiring. The antenna blew off and was lost
apparently because when the car was run through the wash, it was removed and when it was put back on, it was way less than finger tight. The TPMS light is lit up on my dash and won't go out. All these issues were not present before I spent over $1900.00 to have some routine service performed. I am way less than satisfied or happy after leaving my vehicle with you for two days and it is returned to me as noted above. I had to detail the exterior of the vehicle and wash the windows when I got home to get it somewhere as clean as when it was left with you. I am having a medical procedure on 10/1 in the AM. I'll call in the afternoon to make arrangements to get things as they should be.
Dean is always so helpful and pleasant. He takes the time to listen and find the solutions to you needs. A pleasure to have caring people at Gosch Chevrolet.
