First of all this is our first time bringing our car there to be serviced after being lied to about Maintenance package that we have. So my wife shows up after make an appointment they tell her she will be there until two to perform two recalls as well as an oil change and a tire rotation. My wife is there all day long not only they did not finish both recalls I feel like they powered through the oil change and didn’t even take their time so not only was she there all day for no reason also the appointment that we made was for no reason I am completely dissatisfied not only with the service department but with the service advisor since I am a service manager who works for a huge company I know exactly how to handle my customers and I know exactly what to tell them

Mike always takes care of my vehicles. I’ve entrusted my cars to him for years and have always received the best service.
There was almost zero communication. My texts weren’t answered in a timely manner and the service center kept my vehicle for more than a week.
It was ridiculous. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
I had a pleasant visit with GOSCH Chevrolet. Michael went above and beyond in helping assist me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in leaving my vehicle at the service center.
It should not have taken 49 days to have my car fixed, whomever is at fault or the circumstances. Also, my car should not have been given back to me with a "low fuel" warning. Some gas should have been replaced so I didn't have to fuel up to get home. I feel the dealer should have been more proactive by bringing in another mechanic, staying on top of the warranty company & calling to give me frequent updates vs me having to call after a few times after weeks of silence in between. Keeping my car from June 22 to August 10h is unacceptable, no matter the reason. Yes, my car was washed but the other service I requested was not done. This is my 2bd encounter with Gosch Chevrolet. The first time someone wanted me to leave my car all day just to check out a tire, which is a ridiculous request. I think the service department needs an attitude adjustment. It's by far the worst service department I've ever dealt with.

My skyforce security system stopped working n was off line when I picked up. Desk clerk that took payment was made aware, but didn’t address issue. Said service manager Woukd call. Didn’t hear anything. Returning vehicle in morning to address…
