It took some time but I was very happy with the out come I would use them again to service my car again and also service my wife’s car because I know it would be fair and done right.
After sitting there for 4 days I had to retrieve my vehicle myself. Dean page was my service rep and refused to return my phone calls and voicemails. 4 days just for a diagnostic and didn't even get it done? Unacceptable.

There was NO communication whatsoever. I went to drop my car off before work using the drop box. My appointment time was 8 a.m. I was not contacted throughout the day. I waited until 3 p.m. to call because I was not contacted. The woman I spoke to told me my original advisor, that I asked for, wasn't there and someone else took over. She tried to connect me but no one answered. She told me my car could take DAYS to diagnose. I told her I wasn't aware of this. She told me she didn't know what my advisor told me but that's how long it could take. I waited for a call but there was nothing. That was Wednesday, come Thursday, I again am waiting for some word about my car. I called at 1. He called me back for the very FIRST time and left me a voicemail that he still had no word about my vehicle and would call me as soon as he had word. I called at 2ish and miraculously he had all the results back. Again, I had to reach out. He told me it sounded like the engine break but everything was functioning as it should. I asked him should I get a second opinion he said no. He went on to say the engine break slows down the vehicle. I have been driving my car for 4 years. I know what it feels like going down hill. I have never experienced this problem ever before. My passengers have felt it as well. He told me I can go pick up my car. I pick up my car around 530ish. I drive down the street and notice a crack in my windshield. I pull over and call. The man put me on hold to ask my advisor who was busy and I guess couldn't take my call. The man got back on the line and I was asked to bring it back tomorrow so the supervisors, who already left for the day, could look at it. I will call corporate and let them know of this experience.
Mr. Page identified some issues that may arise in the future. I was pleased he identified the issues and they were rectified with the mechanic. He work with the service contract to get most of the costs covered. The vehicle sounds good. It is very important the repairs came out well as I need the vehicle to travel a long distance.
Dean has been our service tech before and always done a great job with our vehicles.
I waited a week just for an appointment so I brought it in Friday thought I’d hear something by Saturday.. I called they said they only do simple fixes on the weekends so waited till Tuesday to find out what was wrong they ordered parts I okayed it had it fixed Wednesday called to see what’s the update then to tell me something else is wrong after they fixed the problem then had to wait till the new part came in plus and extra 400 then not to get my car till Monday .. thought they should of saw everything when they originally looked 100% over the car the first time just a major inconvenience with such high prices payed 2600 and me calling constantly on updates of my car I figured you guys were the right people to fix my car since I bought it from you and I get unsatisfactory service

I got my car back on Tuesday and noticed the car was starting to drift left as I drove it home. It didn’t do that before the Oil Change but now it does.
I wasn’t sure at first so I waited til Friday and of course it’s considerably drifting to the left now. It’s definitely frustrating when you bring in your car fine and it comes out messed up after an oil change which is suppose to fix problems like this.
I will be calling asap to reschedule a fix.

Absolutely no respect and ignorance customer, never return my cal. My vehicle was parked on the back yard for three days with any diagnostic. Very bad customer service. That’s what I have to say about my experience. I hope someone will call me with any explanation.
I went to get front bumper aligned, because they were misaligned, was told y another dealership that it was a manufacturer defect, and that manufacturer would pay to get realign or replace bumper, but for some reason your dealership only fixed 1 side only and left other side of bumper misaligned, very disappointed, service rep said to me that gm makes over size bumper ,and that it was within tolerance ,so instead of fixing the issue, he made an excuse and said gm makes them oversize
