Dean did a excellent job. I do wish however I would have been told not all parts were not available to complete the list of recalls. It is annoying running back and forth to take care these issues.

Every time we come in to have an Oil change/fix on our 2 cars Rojelio Salgado always I Mean ALWAYS goes all out for us. We've been coming to do our serious at the dealership for a while, some just checked us in and that was it. Until we met Rojelio Salgado took his time got to know us. Didn't give us any BS. I was told it would be completely in one day. When I called to see what happen they said it would then be complete in 3 days. After 3 days no call nor update. Then I called them and they said a week. Again no reply. I called them again and then they said two weeks. After two weeks they called me stating it would be ready in another 3 days. They finally got my done in 2 and half weeks when it was suppose to only be one day. I understand they are short staffed but they need to come up with a definite answer before giving the customers false information. I lost 3 days of work due to this.
