I feel like my vehicle was held in the queue for way longer than need be. Vehicle had known Check Engine light when bought. Vehicle was brought in on Monday but wasn't checked till Thursday. When looking for a reason of delay, I couldn't get an answer through phone call till 2 pm (I had been calling since 10 am).
