Mark Fradd leads a highly knowledgeable team of beyond professional and understanding service members. I have dealt with inland chevy for years and always have had a 100% possitive experience. Mario Cisneros is a great example of the way service members should handle each case with upmost respect, quality, and integrity. I have the option of using my friends shop for fixes whom I trust a lot, but the service and professionalism I receive from gosch inland chevy is to good to pass. Mario Cisneros not only listens to my vehicle issues but shows a supreme amount of care like he's a freind not just a worker. Mario and Mark are very understanding and very professional, I would never choose another center at this point in time. This group is definitely grade A.
Called several times to check on my vehicle never got a call back until I asked to speak to a manager . I did not know anything of my vehicle for two days.
The waiting was too big long I took my Son with me and he asked for permission pop corn and the man in charge stated that were all out. Not good I had promised him pop corn as we where waiting. As I did not like very the back stabing going on in front of customers.
Totally had the answers i needed and was quick answering them. Price was right and absolutely satisfied with the results when driving off the lot of GOSH Chevrolet!
Julian was very considerate and professional as he dealt with me. He looks like a man who will go far.
Mario was quick and efficient, and he was able to get me processed with no problems.

Bought my tahoe the day before. Only got one key so They told me to call ahead and come in to get second key and program it. Told them i would be there at 11am. I got there 1120am. They said it would take an hour or so to program my car key. 2 hrs later i went to ask if it's done. The guy went to lunch and haven't even start working on it. I was so upset that I waited 2 hrs for nothing. My car was just sitting there. Complained to manager. Half hr later it was done. Obviously it doesn't take an hr to do it. Worst experience I ever had. So hungry and upset when i left the place. They fill up my gas but i was too upset so it doesn't make a difference.
My service agent was very helpful and understood my needs.
Friendly, professional, I'll be back and will spread the word. Gosch rocks.

Service got the recall fix installed. Washed the truck as well. Seems I have a burned out running lamp however that was not reported.
