My initial advisor sucked. No updates after reading days. I brought my car in for service on an inoperative eindow... brought it in over a year ago. Thank goodness Mike battled for it to be under warranty. Your service department is horrible. No feedback and an uncaring and silent approach to customers. Your service department...sans-serif mike...is Horrible
Wanted more @ time of pickup than the estimate
I was disappointed that I could not get a rental car. They solved my problem which i do appreciate and I will use there services nex time I have a problem or need service. The service manager Mark was a great help and he did everything he said he would. A great guy.

After being screwed over on my purchase of my vehicle. I find out I was lied too about my Warranty. In addition to when I came in for my repair; I was confronted by management about a partial down payment. Although, I stated when this payment was going to be made. The individual continued to speak about what was done for me. This was not only embarrassing, but down right degrading. I thought Gosch wanted repeated customers. I guess not, because I would not purchase another vehicle from that dealership, if it was the only one in this earth.

Sólo k fue un poco demoroso.
It took all day, from 847 am until 400 pm to get just an oil change when they said it would take until about 1030. I had my check engine light on and was told that they can't read it even though I bought my car there and have a warranty and was told they can work on my car there. I never got a call saying my car was ready either and I called several times asking if it was done. If I buy my car at a dealership I expect to have it serviced there, if I wanted to drive out of town every time I would have bought a car from them. I'm not going to drive to another place when my warranty is here with you. And the first person who helped me Mario was not helpful at all, Josh who I picked up my car from was more helpful for sure but I still expect my car to be fixed where I bought it or for you to figure out the code and get it fixed since that is the point of buying the warranty.
Everything is always great but it's guaranteed every time I ask for a car wash or they offer it never happens I cant remember the last time they have washed my car there. Other then that the service and staff are great!
