The individual that checked me in for my routine oil change was a saint! He was very thorough and was very pleasant, the employees name has totally slipped my mind but he was just so attentive.
I had a last minute appointment and they made sure I did not wait to long. I got out within a hour. I made my appointment and I was early
My truck was there for two days and it was not even looked at. We had to come and get it so that my son could make it to school on Monday. We were given a sob story about not having the manpower and guys not showing up for work. We will take it to a service shop that knows what service is! You guys SUCKERED!

Took awhile to analyze the problem had to take the car back three times,each time I took it on,they thought the problem was fixed,but it wasn't,but I'am glad to say they finally found the problem,they rented me a car, worked hard to fix my car never got charged for work done because it was not fix right. Warranty was not explained in detail until we sat down with Jose in Financing. However, Mr.Josh informed us that we have time to purchase an e extended warranty. Still an inconvenience, but a very nice recovery. I would still recommend my family & Friends to purchase from Gosch Chevrolet.

Michael was fine. He seemed to want to help as always. Michael is only part of the service department however.There are definite problems with the management and organization of the service department. I have had issues of one kind or the other the last 3 times I have been there. And I have been going to your dealership for service for 15 years. Things have changed in the last few years for the worse. Not enough attention to detail. Of course you have a monopoly on GM products for the area. I may have to rethink a drive to Moreno Valley or Temecula in the future. Again this is not an indictment on Michael this is about the Gosch Chevrolet service department. I would rather not go into all problems in some review that doesn't matter anyway.
