Car makes a rattling noise and I was told that was normal for my make and year of car. The car is two months old and it's normal for a rattling sound.....that's a poor excuse. So I asked to drive another 2016 Malibu like mine and it didn't make any rattling sound......so I want to know why had my car not been replaced with a new one since I have been at the dealer twice for this same problem?

I understand I didn't make an appointment but a service advisor should have told me they wouldn't have time to look at my car the day I brought it in instead of telling me they would let me know later this afternoon. When I called at 4:30 that's when I was told they wouldn't be able to look at my car until the next day. Then when I was so disappointed that my car was sitting all day without anyone looking at it I picked up my car and the sales rep has the never then to tell me to make an appointment next time it will run smoother and my car is waiting for me by the wall. I walked to the wall for my car and it still had the plastic all over the seat. I've always taken my car to the dealership in Moreno Valley so this was my first and last time at your location. I was so disappointed.

When ever I bring my car in to Gosh CHEVROLET I am treated with the upmost respect. I know I can trust all of the employees. I have bought many cars from Gosh CHEVROLET and always use their mechanics. I won't go any where else. They are TOP NOTCH AT GOSH

didn't get my truck today I took it for a alignment. nobody told me that it was going to take more than one day to be completed and when I call to see if it was done they didn't even offered me a rental car
