I came in for my complimentary oil change , and 27 point inspection. Oil change was performed however air filter was torn and in dire need of replacement. Brake fluids was low. Anti freeze needed topping off .

The great thing about Gosch Chevy is when I have a problem I can go in and josh solves that problem for me. I have great respect for Josh and the way he takes care of my car. He's considerate, polite and relieves any fears I might have With solid answers relieving my worries.

Josh did just fine. The person who scheduled my appointment is the one I'm unhappy with. They shouldn't quote a time frame unless they truly know the time frame cause we planned our day based on the hour to an hour 30 that we were quoted when scheduling and then I wanted to confirm with Josh when I was dropping my truck off and he said 3-4 hours. That's more than double, potentially quadruple the time I was originally quoted. That's insane. I had to change my whole days plans because of this. Also we had a magnet on the side of our truck for our business and it was missing. When we got there for drop of it was still there but gone when we got the truck back. I checked inside in case they took it off while washing the truck but it was completely gone.

Josh truly provided me with excellent service. He took the time to assign me to a Gosch vehicle to drive while my vehicle was in for servicing under the manufacturer's warranty. Had he not accommodated me I would have still been able to obtain a rental vehicle however, I would have had to pay a daily charge for insuring that vehicle. In addition, Josh was great at keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle's repair. Thanks, Josh of Gosch!
