Gosch was fine but GM not having a part i had to wait over three weeks for is not acceptable. Not even offered a loaner.

Very polite and gave me a paper with all the services that a vehicle needs by mileage and this is very helpful for me since I have no knowledge on what my car needs and this also gives me a glance on what my car will need so I can call and ask about pricing and be prepared to what to expect when I take my car in for service.
