Went for oil change at 11pm. my car not done till 1pm, 2 hours for an oil change with appointment and when I asked for my car other services were going to be done without my knowledge when I specifically said I would schedule next time for recall do to work schedule.

I was told my truck wold be repaired by the afternoon. No one even picked up the phone to tell me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I had to call several times the next day to get answers. I left messsage's no response. I believe Josh needs to work on his communication skills. It only takes a second to pick up the phone.

Was there at 730 for appointment. They asked me a week in advance if u need shuttle to take me at 8am.I told them yes this will do so I can be home at 830ish to take kids to school. I waited and waited. Till about 915 I said screwe it call someone to pick me up.my wife picked me up after 930 and still no shuttle. I feel Gosch dose not value my time.....oh FYI this is my 9th 1 referral in 5 years. If this kind of service continues I will be trying moss brothers for next vehicle and or service.
