We were very pleased with the service we received at Gosch Chevrolet today. Julian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He has the perfect combination of "people skills" and corporate competencey. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and courteous. I was satisfied with the servicing of my vehicle, but the estimated completion time of service to my vehicle was 3:15 pm. At 3:30PM I went to inquire about my vehicle but the service representative was nowhere to be found. My vehicle was parked waiting, as was I. This could have been handled better I thought
