Had a 10:00 Am appointment for an oil change has to go to the service desk at 12:30 to find out why I had been waiting 2-1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I could have done it at home in less than 1/4 of an hour. Would have still been waiting at least another hour with my truck in line for a wash. Which I didn't ask for. Told an appointment only meant I didn't have to wait to check. That wasnt the case waited behind four customers to check in that had no appointments. Most poor customer service I have had at your location and an done with you. Will never purchase another truck from a half a** faculty again

Had a great experience for my first oil change from the beginning to the end..Julian was very professional and nice! I asked how long it was gonna take and it was done on time!
