I had a 25.00 off coupons from Rotolo Chevrolet that I was not able to use toward my service..because they didn't come from this dealership. That's the only thing I did not like..I felt i should have been able to use it since it came from a Chevy dealer.

My service wrapped asked me if I wanted the car wash. I asked him if it would cost me. He said no. So I said yes go ahead and wash my car. I will receive my car dirty and left.
One other thing, he asked me if I was going to wait and I said yes. This was based on my last two oil changes which took about an hour and a half. He asked me some questions about needing some filters and I said OK I never knew it was going to take three hours not completely satisfied on this visit thanks
