We put in a new ecm and brought it in for programming. Ken said it still wouldn't start so we authorized a diagnostic for $120. He said it needed $1500 in work and hopefully tgat would fix it. We could not a good that so had it towed home. Got it off the truck and surprise....it started right up. We were lied to. I suggest you contact me before I call BAR and an attorney. Ken refused to take or return my call today upon receiving truck back. Giant scam! Bet I don't hear from you but will but my experience on yelp and videotaped truck starting right up. Sad way yo do business folks! Ken is a liar and tried to cheat us.

The only issue I had was that I had to wait for over an hour to finally speak with a service writer, Rick. 20 of those minutes, I was the only customer in the service department. Once I was with Rick, everything was professionally handled and my vehicle was ready the following day as promised.

However, I am soooo sad to have had the air conditioner actuators go out 3 times in 3 years! BAD DESIGN!!??!!
