This was NOT our best experience. We had an 8:30 am Monday appointment. We received a message approx 11:00 am saying service had started. We received not other messages, so at 6:00 pm we called. We were told we would get an update Tuesday morning. We did not received any message until approx 11:00 am Tuesday. Disappointing.
I was assited promptly on arrival. Ken estimated a time and my truck was completed 2 hours before that estimated time. Service was quick.
I fully appreciate Richard Thiebaud's professionalism and the respect he showed me during my vehicle service visit. My special thanks to him, and I am rating him full five stars.
I made an appt for my transmission as well as my radio on my equinox. I was told once I arrived that my car would have to sit at the dealer for over a week before the diagnosis was done on the transmission. I was not offered a rental and want to know how you expect someone to go without a car for a week just to have the diagnostic done with no work yet! It should have been brought to my attention when I made the appt that it will be a while. It is very frustrating to make an appt and have it mean nothing! I am so disgusted by the service today. Also I am 6 months pregnant and ken watched me haul around my 4 year olds car seat at the dealer with out one time offering to help me out. The customer service is horrible!
I like working with Michael he takes care of all my vehicle and I recommend him to all my friends.
