It's always a pleseant experience when I come in. Today I was in to have my car serviced and the associate ( Richard Thiebaud) was very helpful he explained everything, he gave me additional options and made sure that I was taken care of!!!

My tires were not rotated even though my paperwork said it was done however on the paperwork for the dealership the technician stated that he did not rotate the tires which the service advisor corraberated.

My vehicle was damaged and documents were falsified to reflect as if I had done the damage and was told so when I brought it in. I was accused in front of customers and was even told by Michael that I had brought in my truck with the damage on my doors as he was somehow able to see the scratches from inside even though there was a silver 3500 blocking his view. Michael and Ken were very rude and condascending. Treated me and my wife as if we were trying to pull a fast one. Eric the service manager was very gracious. This was all done when he was at lunch. He pulled footage from his cameras that revealed I was right and that documents had been altered after the fact. I'm a very honest person and I work really hard for what little I have. I am beyond upset because not only did I wait 3 hours for an oil change, I did not leave the dealership till after 2pm when I had been there since 8:20am. I work 10 hour shifts 5 days a week 3:30PM - 2:00AM in Irvine. This all went down on my last day off when I had plans with my family before I go back to work Saturday.

Yes, I was very very pleased & today was a very good day because I met my former Drill Instructor Staff Sergeant Ed Trevino, a very good man!.. I was like NO WAY, how COOL!.. Staff Sergeant Trevino is AWESOME!.. thanks GOCSH CHEVROLET!

Ken did an awesome job of making sure I was satisfied with the time frame that my car was done on. You checked on me to make sure I was okay while waiting, and let me know if there was anything he could do just to let him know.

My services seemed very rushed and service rep was very short answered . I went in for a headlight harnness replacement and multipoint inspection only to find out that upon pick multipoint inspection was not done . This was my first time to Gosch Chevrolet and I am very disappointed with their service I don't know if I will be returning in the near future

As per the conversation that had taken place when we pick up our truck. The lack of communication was frustrating. The truck was dropped off at 730am and the first communication we got was an automated text at 11:00am letting us know that they were just starting to look at the truck, the appointment was at 9:30am. After that text, not a single word until we called them at 2:45 and were told that they would have to get back to us. At 4:55 we called and were told that they had to order a part and that we won't be getting the truck back for 4 days. We have other issues that caused this visit to go wrong and would be happy to discuss this with you when you call.
