The customer service was excellent. I appreciated the complimentary car wash, however, my truck was pretty much completely wet when I took it from the service department. By the time I got home, there were water spots everywhere. Just a minor complaint.

Excellent Service! Michael explained to me in-depth on the services I should have done at my two year mark. He explained the pros and cons if I put off the services on then my regular maintenance every 7000 miles. I now have all my maintenance task up to date and good for another 20 - 30K miles other than my regular intervals. Thanks Michael.

You do not have enough service representatives waiting on the number of customers who come in for appointments. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change, and did not get processed until 9:30 as there were 4 people ahead of me waiting for two service people. Other Chevy dealers we have worked with (Lake, Simpson) have you pull up and representatives wait on you in your car. Other people waiting with me were getting impatient. The service representatives were friendly enough, but there aren't enough of them. Also, it took until 11:30 for the oil change. ???? 2 1/2 hours is a long time to have to wait for that procedure!
